Kwahu: Godwin Kpor Of St. Dominic’s SHS Wins 2022 Best Teacher At Obuoba Teachers’ Excellence Award
Mr. Godwin Koku Kpor, popularly known by colleagues and students as Goddey has won Kwahu’s overall best teacher during the prestigious Obuoba Teachers’ Excellence Awards which took place at Freedom Hills Hotel, Nkwatia-Kwahu on Saturday December 24, 2022.
The award ceremony was organised by the Kwahu Education Foundation to appreciate deserving preschool, basic school and pre tertiary education teachers for their selfless contributions towards nurturing and imparting positive practices into young learners in Kwahu.
Goddey was nominated in four categories; Best Teacher Economics(won); Students Choice Teacher(won); Most Innovative Teacher; and Best Teacher of the year 2022(won). He became the only teacher to return home with three awards.

GODWIN KOKU KPOR:
The indefatigable Godwin Koku Kpor has been teaching Economics and other related subjects at St. Dominic’s Senior High Technical School for over nine (9) year.
He multifunctions as the house master for Bishop Afrifa-Agyekum house, SRC Patron, Cadet Master-In-Charge and readily devoted to helping management and college staff members in discharging other co-curricular activities.
To contribute his quota to all, Goddey also teaches Economics at New Standard College, a private school in Nkwatia.
